Ever wished you could hop on a boat and fly long without the need for petrol power? The members of the Tweed Valley Sailing Club invite you to join them next Sunday 24 September at Fingal Head to try sailing for yourself. Dinghy sailing can be a competitive sport or a recreational pass time for all ages. Bring the kids or come on your own – you will be warmly welcomed and will learn how to crew on a 16ft Corsair or one of the clubs smaller dinghies. Experienced sailors are also welcome.
TVSC is a community oriented club and aims to show that sailing is an affordable, accessible and fun sport. Our summer sailing season is about to start with the first race on 8 October. We also have regular fun sailing, adult training and weekly Juniors sailing as well as away weekends.
